As the vibrant colors of autumn begin to blanket Central New York, the Syracuse area comes alive with a series of fall festivals that capture the essence of the season. From apple picking to craft fairs, these September and October events are always a favorite time of year! We get to unbox our cozy sweatshirts, breathe the fresh air and enjoy the outside prior to hibernation.
Personally, I love summer the most but having grown up in CNY, I did look forward to all the fall craft fairs. Not to mention that I haven't found an apple in any other state that compares to a locally grown New York apple!
